Valuation Specialist Opportunity

This role offers a chance to accelerate your learning through hands-on experience and gain a deeper understanding of business operations.

As a Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for handling walk-in clients at our storefront, encompassing both pawn and buyback transactions during office hours.

  • Handle walk-in clients at storefront, including pawn and buyback transactions
  • Engage customers in effective interactions, providing product knowledge and tailored recommendations
  • Evaluate and assess purity and value of items brought in by customers for potential pawn or sale
  • Provide assistance with phone, online, and email inquiries, addressing customers' concerns and issue resolution

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements
  2. Achieve team sales/buyback/pawn objectives and outcomes
  3. Assist in issuing pawn tickets and backoffice tasks when needed
