Job Summary

T.K.H DECO PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our HR department and assist with various tasks related to human resources, payroll, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare and issue various documents, including delivery orders, invoices, quotations, and other paperwork.
    • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
    • Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • HR Support:
    • Assist the HR Manager with all HR-related duties, including recruitment and selection, preparation of HR documents, and maintenance of HR databases.
    • Coordinate training and development activities for staff.
    • Perform full spectrum of payroll using Info-tech software, including workers' time attendance and overtime.
    • Assist with employee orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Requirements:
    • Salary commensurate with experience.
    • Added advantage for those with experience in handling foreign workers.
    • Proficient with MS Office.
    • Possess good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and demonstrate attention to details.
    • Able to correspond with Chinese-speaking associates and employees.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
