We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Luxury Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our rooms.

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, ensuring all surfaces are spotless, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms, ensuring they are presented with attention to detail, stocked with toiletries, and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Replenish guest room supplies as needed, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Main Duties:

  • Clean and maintain public areas, including common spaces and corridors.
  • Ensure all hotel equipment and furnishings are in good condition and properly maintained.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items, as well as perform physical tasks related to cleaning and upkeep.
  • A positive, proactive, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
