As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the procurement process from initiation to conclusion. Your key responsibilities include:
- Executing the end-to-end quotation process, encompassing document review, evaluation, and award.
- Providing comprehensive contract administration support post-award, including security instrument management, record maintenance in Supplier Relations Management systems, and preparation of documents such as return of security bonds.
- Preparing and managing essential documents.
- Developing and analyzing reports to inform business decisions.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following attributes:
- A minimum diploma holder qualification.
- A minimum of three years' experience in administration, with a background in contract administration roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfort working with IT systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
