We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrative Specialist to join our team at TEMPLARS LAW LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm or be a fresh graduate with relevant diploma.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle full range of conveyancing matters including purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, and stamp duties. They will prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping, communicate with clients, banks, and related parties, and provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lodge transfer documents, plans, and other relevant documents with the relevant authorities.
  • Communicate with clients, banks, and other stakeholders regarding the status of conveyancing transactions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all conveyancing files.
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports and documents required for conveyancing transactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant diploma welcome.
  • Able to work independently and deal with clients & queries.
  • A team player with good attitude and great sense of responsibility.
  • Courteous and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and can work well under time constraints.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on experience.
