Job Title: Electrical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review and approve project designs and electrical plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams and customers during the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure and stress.
