About the Department

The Global Markets function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with front office traders to understand business needs for real-time trading and risk management.
  • Work with Technology to participate in system design, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform user acceptance testing on behalf of end users.
  • Work with Operations, Risk, and Finance divisions to create a seamless end-to-end process covering all aspects of the trade life cycle.
  • Regularly communicate with front office on implementation activities that require their attention.
  • Investigate and deduce issues raised by FO relating to trading systems and work processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues.
  • Provide training on the proper use of front office platforms.
  • Actively manage user queries on functional, system, or process-related issues.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or relevant discipline from reputable institutions.
  • Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new technology.
  • A minimum of at least 3 years' work experience in front office support or middle office role.
  • Good knowledge of Treasury Products and workflow.
  • Knowledge of FX electronic trading platforms such as Reuters RET-AD, Currenex, or FlexTrade is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Treasury applications, in particular Murex, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and conscientious with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and has initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver and meet deadlines.
