Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the game's vision while aligning with the creative director's vision and Product Managers' business expertise.">
  • Provide context to the team on how features contribute to the game and market.">
  • Assist in prioritizing high business value features and setting quality targets.">
  • Advocate for the players, conveying their expectations clearly to the team.">
  • Promote the value of the game within the industry through various channels.">
  • Mentor junior producers, helping them solve complex problems and develop their skills.">
  • Collaborate with Studio leadership to foster a strong development organization.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 6+ years of experience as a Producer/Associate Producer in the video game industry, managing internal teams.">
  • Ability to assess product feasibility and market trends, particularly in Mobile and Freemium.">
  • Strong communication skills for representing products at executive levels.">
  • Track record in developing high-profile entertainment and software products.">
  • Knowledge of software/game market and platforms, with experience in Agile development.">
  • Technical background is a plus.">
