System Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled System Maintenance Technician to join our IT operations team at Changi Airport.

  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of our IT infrastructure to ensure high uptime and performance.
  • Perform routine system health checks, identify early warning signs of issues, and troubleshoot first-level problems.
  • Respond to system alerts, log incidents following SOPs, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining IT hardware, supporting senior engineers, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and incidents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE or Higher Nitec in IT, Infocomm, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Some IT support or infrastructure exposure is preferred.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immediate or short notice availability is preferred.
