We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our café team as a Service Crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit, and working collaboratively with our front-of-house crew.

  • Offer warm and efficient service to customers
  • Provide menu recommendations to customers when asked
  • Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
  • Assist with setting and clearing the table for various meal periods
  • Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
  • Escalate customers' feedback to the shift manager
  • Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or Retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player and friendly individual
  • High initiative and positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • 5 days work week
