Student Operations Manager

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our student care centre. Key responsibilities include managing the full operations of the outlet, including rostering and scheduling of classes.

  • Managing operational efficiency and productivity through streamlined work processes
  • Planning and delivering high-quality student activities, post-exam programs, and curriculum
  • Handling tuition classes and walk-ins, as well as new enquiries with professionalism
  • Liaising with parents, students, schools, and external vendors on schedule changes
  • Training new hires and providing regular updates to management team

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to handle administrative tasks as assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Student Care Operations or related field
  • Prior tutoring experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with pupils, parents, and staff members
  • Systematic and organized approach to administrative and operational work
