Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Data Governance Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and shaping new or refined standards and processes related to data governance, citizen consent, and data management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and formulating data standards, data access policies, data sharing frameworks, processes, procedures, and guidelines, and provisioning the required tools to support effective data governance and compliance.

This role plays a crucial part in driving, managing, monitoring, and reporting the implementation of related data security programmes and risk assessment tools.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to structure data sharing arrangements for legitimate data access, use, and sharing with appropriate data protection safeguards in place.

Key qualifications include relevant education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Management, Law, Information Management, or related fields from a recognized university.

Professional certifications in data governance, data analytics, business analytics, data science, or related fields will be advantageous.

A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leading and/or delivering data governance/data protection/data management work is required.
