Digital Learning Solutions Specialist

The role of an eLearning Systems Manager is a pivotal one in ensuring the seamless delivery of academic programs. This position requires an individual who can effectively administer, configure, and provide technical support for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities include troubleshooting LMS-related issues, supporting learning material management, and collaborating with faculty and operations teams to guarantee a smooth delivery of courses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. Experience with LMS platforms such as Teamie or Blackboard is preferred.
Key skills required for this position include strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and support users across departments.
Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with uploading multimedia and interactive content, possess high attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
