Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite diagnostic, repair, and refurbishing of IT equipment
  • Handle repair or service parts, including drawing, handling, and return
  • Follow established processes for diagnostic, testing, and providing bill of repair and liaison for quotation where required
  • Handle and communicate with customers on inquiries and provide appropriate advice
  • Support projects for trial and deployment
  • Onsite travelling required

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Level, ITE, or Diploma, or 3 years relevant working experience
  • Able to write and communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Able to lift equipment of up to 25kg when required
  • Possess Class 3/4 license
