Job Title: Maintenance Expert

Our organization seeks a skilled maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep and repair of equipment, facilities, and other infrastructure. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments, including Guest Service and Housekeeping, to provide an exceptional experience for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the overall physical condition of buildings is maintained, guaranteeing that heating, lighting, and ventilation systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, electrical switch replacements, and other necessary repairs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement a preventive maintenance program to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Regularly inspect and check machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests, providing quality service and furnishings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • A NITEC qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational certification.
  • Familiarity with building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance-related technical skills.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts.
