Roles & Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels. You will work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers, and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Be the ambassador of culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of international sourcing experience, preferably related to operational or product manager roles in Tech companies.
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.
  • Ability to contribute efficiently with strong data sense in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
