Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock and transactions, and ensuring proper documentation.

You will check and inspect incoming materials, issue materials to relevant requesters, and organize the store to optimize space and ensure tidiness.

Additionally, you will process and fulfill customers' orders, support with shipment planning and arrangements, and manage freight services for inbound and outbound shipments.

Your role will also involve supporting customs documentation and ensuring that all activities are in line with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary Education: A secondary education is required for this role, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • ERP Systems and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is necessary for this role.
  • Inventory Management and Shipping Documentation: Familiarity with inventory management and shipping documentation is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
