At our vibrant cafe, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Barista Team Lead to drive our beverage operations forward.

  • Job Description:
  • We are looking for a charismatic leader with a passion for coffee brewing techniques, beans, and equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior baristas, providing on-the-job training in beverage preparation and customer service, and ensuring that our daily café operations run smoothly.
  • Responsibilities include leading regular training sessions on coffee-making techniques, equipment care, and hygiene best practices, as well as maintaining a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for conducting workshops on coffee-making techniques, monitoring inventory levels for coffee ingredients and supplies, and working closely with our marketing team to support promotional activities and gather customer feedback.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and feedback effectively.
  • Key performance indicators will include achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction ratings, and maintaining a high level of employee engagement.
  • To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of coffee culture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of dedicated baristas.
