Proposal Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to play a crucial role in our organization.

  • Develop innovative technical solutions using automation and control products.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system architecture, BOM, pricing, schedules, and terms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather input on cost, lead time, and technical risks.
  • Participate in internal review processes to validate proposal accuracy and secure management approval.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control, or a related discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in proposals, technical sales, or sales support within the industrial automation and control sector. Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Visio, Word, and Excel, is also required. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to the success of our organization.
