Job Title:Project Coordinator

 

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to lead and deliver complex projects to completion. Effective planning, execution, and stakeholder management are crucial for project success. We adhere to a governance framework that includes security and resiliency. 

The project coordinator will be responsible for managing the replatforming of a critical application across three key tracks: 
- Infrastructure track for building new technology stacks in a government data centre, 
- Application track for refactoring the application for a new technology environment, 
- Cybersecurity track for conducting threat risk assessments of the new setup. 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

- A proven track record in managing large-scale programs in Singapore's government/banking and finance domain is an added advantage,
- Knowledge of Singapore Government governance processes is an added advantage,
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office suite, and Microsoft SharePoint,
- Proficiency in JIRA and Atlassian suite for project tracking and team collaboration,
- The ability to take end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of a critical application,
- Experience in working closely with Solution Architects to design target architecture aligned with enterprise technology standards,
- Strong technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and experience in managing complex system migrations, 

This role requires strong coordination with infrastructure teams, robust project governance, active risk and dependency management, and regular updates to senior stakeholders.
