Role Overview

This is a Senior Staff Software Engineer position in the Operations Management team, where you'll be part of an agile product team designing and building innovative digital solutions for operational workflows.


  • Design and lead the development of scalable systems supporting critical business functions
  • Drive cross-team technical initiatives and align teams towards cohesive architectural goals
  • Contribute to and help define the technical strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Act as a technical mentor and advisor to engineers or management, creating opportunities for growth across the org
  • Define and evangelize best practices around architecture, code quality, testing, observability, and reliability
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and patterns improving our systems or developer experience
  • Hold a high bar for availability, reliability, and performance, ensuring systems are well-instrumented and observable

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields.


  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of impact across multiple systems or domains
  • Proficient in Java, Python, and JavaScript
  • Experience in leading or managing a digital product and a team of engineers
