Job Title: Operations Team LeaderOverview:

As an Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning and coordination of cleaning schedules, manpower resources, and staff allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate manpower resources to meet the needs of our clients, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the management team, including reporting and communication with clients.
  • Investigate and respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the movement of cleaning inventories and supplies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
