Job Title: Jewellery Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Jewellery Advisor to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about jewellery products, and have a passion for delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • This is a dynamic role that involves working with customers to provide expert advice on jewellery selection, purchase, and after-sales service.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of store appearance and visual merchandising, ensuring daily stock inventory, and handling point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
  • You will also be required to attend to client inquiries, handle repairs, and follow up on requests in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Store Operations:
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure daily stock inventory.
Customer Service:
  • Attend to client inquiries and feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Point-of-Sale Transactions:
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
Repair and Maintenance:
  • Assist clients with repair requests and follow up on the process.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $2300 - $2800 per month.
  • A fixed allowance of $200 per month.
  • Uncapped commission for sales performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
