Job Title

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Maintenance and Engineering Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a senior-level leader in maintenance and engineering.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with expertise in facilities management and technical support. They will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Conduct technical investigations into fault calls and provide summary reports on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) standards and practices, Environmental Sustainability regulations and organisational requirements.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality management.
  • Support the use of the latest smart facilities management trends or technologies.
Requirements
  • Higher Nitec or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
  • Min 2-3 years of related experience.
  • General competency in the use of computers; and capable in English writing and reporting.
