We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.

The role involves working closely with development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. This includes designing and fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific tasks, implementing retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to enhance AI agent performance, and developing and optimizing traditional OCR systems for document digitization and text extraction.

About the Role:
  • Design and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for AI agents to handle domain-specific tasks.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to enhance AI agent performance.
  • Develop and optimize traditional OCR systems for document digitization and text extraction.
  • Integrate OCR outputs with large language models for seamless workflows in information processing.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver tailored AI solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Requirements:
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Expertise in fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT), and experience with frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in OCR technologies, using tools like PaddleOCR.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models.
