Executive Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Sales Assistant to join our team at SNEF. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our training courses and services to meet the training needs of our customers' workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Promote our training courses and services to customers to meet their training needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Customize sales proposals and presentations to meet customers' training requirements
- Analyze market and industry training trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with trainers and partners to deliver high-quality training programs
- Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops and training courses
- Understand customers' training-related concerns and work with trainers to provide recommendations
- Provide monthly updates on engagement activities, work plans, sales analysis, and results
- Develop and maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently or in teams
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results
