Carpark Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The role of Carpark Operations Specialist is a dynamic opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a carpark, ensuring efficient revenue management and smooth customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage staff, analyze data, and optimize parking capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily carpark operations to ensure efficient revenue management
  • Manage carpark staff, including One Fullerton Taxi Stand & cleanliness of precinct
  • Monitor carpark safety and security, reporting incidents and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure carpark cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep
  • Manage carpark maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, including coordination with contractors and suppliers
  • Analyze carpark usage patterns and optimize parking capacity to meet demand
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and carpark revenue

Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant qualifications (e.g., business administration, facilities management)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in carpark management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with carpark operations, safety protocols, and relevant regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
