Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to join our team with a blend of implementation, mentoring, and pre-Sales experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in the Workday Adaptive Planning platform or similar, and will be able to demonstrate and position the benefits of enterprise planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver Workday Adaptive Planning demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the platform's capabilities and benefits.
  • Discovery Workshops: Lead workshops with prospects to understand their current FP&A challenges and how QMetrix and Workday Adaptive Planning can address their needs and pain-points.
  • Proof of Concept Models: Build and demonstrate proof of concept models to showcase the platform's capabilities and benefits.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and showcase Workday Adaptive Planning at events, tailored to key messaging and themes.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, showcasing our expertise and knowledge.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and educate the team on how those features can be applied.
  • Content Development: Assist with developing content and material for use in the pre-sales process.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Assist with RFP/RFI responses, showcasing our expertise and knowledge.
  • System Implementations: Lead system implementations, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple pre-sales engagements, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Mentoring: Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Account Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Consulting Experience: Proven experience in consulting, with a focus on CPM/EPM.
  • Finance/Accounting Qualifications: Finance/Accounting qualified, with IT qualifications and/or CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded.
  • Technical Pre-Sales Experience: Prior experience with technical pre-sales of Workday or similar technologies, such as Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics, Jedox, Hyperion, or OneStream.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Project and Time Management Skills: Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple pre-sales engagements.
  • Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building Skills: Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Mentoring Ability: Strong mentoring ability, with the ability to guide and support team members.
