Financial Systems Expert

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial software solutions to leading financial institutions in the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technology teams to design and implement enhancements to trading systems. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users to test, achieve sign-off (UAT), and move the system toward go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and functional requirements to drive the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement enhancements to the trading systems.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Front Office traders, addressing their queries and issues related to the trading systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Quantitative Finance, Applied Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Engineering, or relevant discipline.
  • Sound knowledge & functional experience with at least 2 asset classes. E.g. FX, MM, FIX, IRD.
  • Possess experience of gathering and analyzing requirements from users.
  • Familiar with financial instruments representation and their lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the implementation or Trading Support of a Front Office system within a leading financial institution.
