Job Description:

Lead a Team of Data Collectors

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our team of data collectors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our data collection teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and managing projects, as well as leading teams to achieve their goals. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily activities of data collection teams
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
