Security Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • CCTV Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV footage from the control room at all times, providing real-time surveillance and monitoring of hotel premises.
  • Confidentiality: You will handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to our strict data protection policies.
  • Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, you will respond promptly and assist guests or staff as needed, providing critical support during crisis situations.
  • Fire Safety: You will ensure that fire exits and corridors are clear, inspect fire-fighting equipment, and emergency lights regularly, and respond to fire/smoke alarms accordingly.
  • Gate Passes and Inventory: You will issue gate passes, log items/stock leaving the hotel, and conduct random checks on consignments and staff entering/leaving the hotel.
  • Patrols and Incident Investigation: You will conduct regular patrols around the hotel, detect irregularities, and investigate incidents, providing assistance to guests and staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills: You will possess excellent positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with colleagues and guests.
  • Professional Image: You will maintain a professional image and discreet incident handling, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
  • Hospitality Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of hospitality industry experience, with a valid Security license.
  • Shift Work: You will be able to perform shift work, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
