Hotel Security Specialist
This is a vital role within our hotel, responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for guests and staff. The successful candidate will be in charge of the control room, monitoring CCTV at all times and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
"> Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any security breaches or incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols around the hotel and surrounding areas to detect any suspicious activity or potential security risks.
- Handle all incoming information and forward it to the relevant person with confidentiality.
- Provide support during emergency situations and accompany guests or staff to local authorities or hospital if required.
- Ensure fire exits and corridors are clear of obstruction at all times.
- Respond to fire alarms and take necessary actions accordingly.
- Issue gate passes for items leaving the hotel and log them in the register book.
- Conduct basic investigations and fact-findings to assist guests and staff.
Requirements:
- A positive and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confident and discreet with good communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- Possesses a valid security license.
- Able to work shift patterns.
