3D Visualisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled 3D visualisation specialist to enhance our creative team's capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and animations.

  • Utilise industry-standard software to model, texture, light, and render architectural, interior, product, or environmental scenes.
  • Collaborate with designers to understand and interpret design concepts accurately.
  • Maintain organised file structures and manage assets efficiently.
  • Work with project managers to bring design visions to life through immersive visuals that effectively communicate design intent.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create high-quality 3D visuals (still images, animations, and VR walkthroughs) from CAD files, Coohom or other sources.
  2. Model, texture, light, and render architectural, interior, product, or environmental scenes using industry-standard software.
  3. Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Evaluate design concepts and provide feedback to improve the overall aesthetic and functionality of designs.
  5. Develop and implement processes to maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines.

Optional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with social marketing platforms and tools.
  • Ability to create content and execute marketing campaigns.
