Visionary 3D Designer

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented 3D designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of visually stunning designs that captivate our global clientele.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and a strong understanding of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, and other industry-standard software.
Responsibilities will include conceptualizing, executing, and implementing creative ideas in collaboration with the Lead Designer, space planning, liaising with suppliers and clients, preparing and producing 2D drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings, and working with various software to create detailed 3D models and layouts.
Key qualifications include:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in interior and commercial design
- Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Experience in layout and colour theory, creative and innovative thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A keen interest in trends, popular culture, and multimedia technology
- A portfolio of brilliant ideas and skilful execution demonstrating strong thinking and expertise in 3D design
