Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

About the Role:

This role involves performing daily duty on system monitoring, managing incidents and escalating them to the level 2 maintenance team. You will also perform end-user administration of Windows AD, RSA, and 2FA token, as well as weekly endpoint protection updates.

You will be responsible for certificate renewal and administration for servers and end-users, and performing ad-hoc administration tasks on firewalls and endpoint protection. Additionally, you will monitor and check the physical health status of servers and data centers.

The working hours for this role involve 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The working location is near Novena MRT station.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma in Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related studies. Security clearance is also required. Singaporeans only need apply.
