Job Description

This role requires a skilled professional to possess expertise in procurement, stock delivery, and sales coordination. Key responsibilities include liaising with suppliers on costing, lead time, and logistics. The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal point of contact internally for sales, technical, and warehouse teams, ensuring sales and project delivery for local and Asia-Pacific countries.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact externally for all incoming enquiries about JUNG's project status, products, or services through phone, email, and/or assigned media. This includes managing day-to-day sales enquiries from customers, directing potential customers to the Sales team, and responding to customer complaints.

  • Work closely with the Purchasing Executive and Warehouse Team to monitor and track shipment.
  • Liaise with Customers to coordinate the shipment of goods both locally and overseas.
  • Create and send pro-forma invoices for goods ordered by overseas offices or overseas customers.
  • Ensure receipt of payment before actual delivery of goods ordered and meet agreed delivery deadlines.
