Job Opportunity: Hotpot Chef

As a skilled Hotpot chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving a variety of items in accordance with specific menus. Your creative thinking on food presentation is essential to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of related experience and hold a professional certificate or Culinary qualification. Strong passion for food, creativity and teamwork are also crucial to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory and suppliers effectively to maintain high food quality standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety protocols.
