As a key member of our cinema management team, you will be responsible for leading the team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of cinema professionals
- Ensuring all cinemas operate under valid licenses and in compliance with statutory requirements
- Providing guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their performance
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and can implement initiatives to counter undesirable situations and developments.
In addition to strong operational skills, you should possess excellent writing and communication skills, be innovative in problem solving and able to think objectively when introducing new procedures.
Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours, preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate and event management experience. Must be fully vaccinated.
