Support Pharmacy Team Member

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized pharmacy assistant to support our pharmacists in the processing of medication orders, billing functions, and dispensing medicines under their supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in the processing of medication orders, including typing, picking, packing, labeling, and distribution of drug supplies to wards and other hospital departments.
- Perform billing functions and ensure that costs and revenue of all stocks supplied are recovered.
- Dispense medicines under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels of drugs in the areas of work.
- Receive, unpack, and check deliveries against documents to ensure items supplied are correct and accounted for.
- Perform stock receipts and issues in First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) order.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and prepare them for daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a healthcare setting and knowledge of pharmaceutical procedures.
