Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Associate to join our team.

The Senior Support Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.

The successful candidate will provide quality support to the pharmacy team, assist with tasks such as picking and packing medication, stocking checking, and arranging supplies. They will also maintain the cleanliness of work areas and prepare work areas for daily operations.

Able to multitask, the ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Assist the pharmacy team in preparing medication according to prescriptions and pharmacy requisition forms
  • Receive, unpack, and check stocks against documents to ensure items supplied are correct and accounted for
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and prepare work areas for daily operations
