Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of maritime market trends and projecting future developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of global logistics markets to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and refine efficient logistics frameworks to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Oversee vessel chartering and manage shipment operations across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic, import, export, and cross-border trade.
  • Possess in-depth expertise in the logistics and shipping industries to make informed decisions.
  • Leverage strong networks within leading logistics and shipping organizations to drive business growth.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for finalizing international transportation contracts.
  • Negotiate optimal trade conditions with shipping partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a shipping company or similar industry.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or 1) is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking customers and headquarters.
