  • To plan and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 3-5 years old.
  • To establish strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • To observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their growth.
  • To work collaboratively with other educators to ensure seamless transitions between activities and to maintain high-quality care and education standards.

  • Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and able to utilize technology to enhance teaching practices.
