Job Description

As a seasoned geotechnical professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of civil and structural designs. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry codes, and best practices.

With your leadership skills, you will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with the department director to drive project success.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to train and support junior engineers.

  • Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructure projects
  • Carry out analysis and design of buildings and infrastructure
  • Project coordination, including submissions to local authorities and liaison during construction
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical matters
  • Train and support junior engineers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Civil Engineering Degree from a reputable institution, preferably recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural or geotechnical design

Excellent knowledge of various engineering design software and analytical tools

Independent, organized, and positive work attitude

Good communication and presentation skills

Effective team player

Proficiency in design codes such as Euro Code 2, 3
