Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Are you a skilled project manager looking to drive business growth through digital transformation?

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to lead our digital transformation projects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Sizing and Scoping: Conduct thorough project sizing and scoping exercises to ensure accurate project estimates and resource allocation.
  • Tender Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit tender proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our company's capabilities.
  • Proof of Concept and Prototype Development: Develop proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes to demonstrate our company's technical expertise.
  • Leading IT Project Teams: Lead and motivate IT project teams using Agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Tracking Project Milestones and Deliverables: Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Higher Qualification: Possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: Hold certifications in PMP or ScrumMaster or equivalent.
  • Experience: Have experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
