We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Fellow to lead an industry-sponsored project focused on device reliability testing and failure analysis of semiconductor devices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in materials science and engineering principles, with a strong track record of achievements in research and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an industry-funded project focusing on device reliability testing and failure analysis, spanning silicon to III-V compound semiconductors.
- Analyze and manage large datasets from reliability tests, presenting distilled insights and constructive recommendations to enhance device performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement advanced characterization and failure analysis methodologies for Si and III-V semiconductor devices, driving improvement in device performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with academic/research institutions and industry partners to advance understanding of failure mechanisms in Si and III-V semiconductor devices.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project updates, effectively communicating research findings to various stakeholders.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in the field.
- Provide mentorship to undergraduate/postgraduate students in research activities, fostering their growth and development as researchers.
