Security Sales Leader for Homeland Sector

As a Security Sales Leader for the Homeland Security Tribe, you will drive sales and business development initiatives within the sector.

This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the team.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the Homeland Security sector.
  • Oversee account penetration, prospect qualification, and the entire sales process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify future opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
