You will also provide on-call support for customer installations and maintenance, including after-hours and weekend support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized training and operational documentation to customers to support their needs.
- Provide on-call support for customer installations and maintenance, including after-hours and weekend support as required.
- Conduct technical seminars for customers and channel partners.
- Assist customers during the initial design phase and ensure proper application of Grid Solutions products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience. At least 3 years of technical, sales, or related experience in Grid systems or the electrical industry is required. In-depth understanding of critical asset monitoring systems, including Battery Systems, UPS, and Battery Monitoring Systems, with experience in data center battery management and maintenance preferred.
