Job Title: Construction Interface Manager

Overview: As a key member of our construction team, the Construction Interface Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain detailed interface schedules, highlighting critical touchpoints between trades, systems, or phases.
  • Align contractor and subcontractor work sequences to avoid conflicts or delays, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Plan and coordinate temporary works, such as access, protection, and M&E shutdowns, to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to develop and maintain comprehensive records of findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on interface coordination and conflict resolution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
