Seeking Experienced Coaches for Padel & Tennis Roles

We are on the hunt for talented coaches who can deliver top-notch coaching services to individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.
  • Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.
  • Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
  • Provide player feedback and monitor progress.
Programme Support:
  • Assist with planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
  • Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement.
  • Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel.
Requirements:
  • Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent.
  • Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction.
  • Previous touring pro experience will be advantageous.
  • Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED.
  • Proven coaching experience with children and adults.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during club events.
