We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Analyst to join our team at EPIC HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. as a Technical Services Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers in Singapore, specifically in relation to the implementation and maintenance of our integrated suite of healthcare software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software and underlying IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct configuration and infrastructure analysis, and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Monitor customer systems proactively and make optimization recommendations as needed.
  • Plan and oversee testing, and diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Reconfigure software or infrastructure as necessary to address technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical or implementation support for Epic software, including supporting customers through software go-lives and version upgrades.
  • Certifications in relevant Epic software applications and Chronicles Database Programmer and Caché.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including project management skills and the ability to handle escalations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with healthcare software and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
